The 4ft ATEX Rated Zone 1,21 & 2,22 LED Linear is a high-performance explosion proof LED lighting solution engineered for hazardous area environments where safety, reliability, and long-term durability are critical. Designed for use in Zone 1 & Zone 2 gas atmospheres and Zone 21 & Zone 22 dust environments, the Zenith range delivers dependable illumination for demanding industrial applications including oil & gas facilities, chemical processing plants, offshore platforms, grain handling facilities, marine environments, paint spraying areas, and heavy industrial manufacturing.

Built with a robust fibreglass reinforced polycarbonate (GRP) housing, the Zenith luminaire offers exceptional resistance against corrosion, vibration, chemicals, and harsh operating conditions. The fixture is fully certified to both ATEX and IECEx standards, making it suitable for global hazardous area installations requiring compliant explosion proof LED lighting.

Available in both 2ft and 4ft versions, the Zenith series includes multiple power outputs to suit a wide range of applications:

2ft – 40W and 50W
4ft – 50W, 75W and 100W

Delivering up to 15,000 lumens, the Zenith provides high-efficiency illumination with excellent optical performance for walkways, process areas, loading bays, plant rooms, and industrial workspaces. Select from 120°, Type III or Type V beam distributions, allowing the luminaire to be optimised for either aisle lighting or wide area coverage.

Designed with installers in mind, the Zenith features tool-free installation, side-entry wiring access, and plug-and-play terminals to reduce installation time in hazardous locations. The fixture also supports loop-in / loop-out wiring, making it ideal for continuous linear lighting systems across industrial facilities. Multiple mounting configurations are available including ceiling mount, trunnion mount, pendant mount, hoop mount, recessed mount, and loop mount for maximum installation flexibility.

The Zenith explosion proof linear LED fitting is rated IP66 for complete protection against dust and powerful water jets, while the IK08 impact rating ensures reliable mechanical protection in demanding environments. Integrated 10kV surge protection, a high power factor above 0.95, and optional 0-10V dimming provide enhanced performance and control for modern industrial lighting systems.

Operating temperatures range from -40°C up to +65°C depending on model configuration, making the Zenith suitable for both extreme cold and high ambient temperature environments. Standard colour temperatures include 4000K, 5000K and 6500K, with optional alternatives available for specialist applications.

With a rated lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours (L80) and backed by a 5-year warranty, the Zenith Zone 1 ATEX Linear LED Luminaire delivers a low-maintenance, energy-efficient hazardous area lighting solution trusted by industrial professionals worldwide.

Faulty From New Returns: If you receive an item from us which is faulty from new, you must report this to us as soon as possible. We require you to send the faulty item back to us for testing, you must cover the cost of the returns postage. Once the returned product has been tested, if found to be faulty, we will issue a replacement and refund you for the returns postage. You must provide us with your receipt for the returns postage in order to receive a refund for this. We will not accept responsibility for an item which is faulty from new if reported to us after 30 days of purchase, so please ensure you check the goods you receive as soon as possible.

Warranty Replacements: If a product has become faulty and is covered under our warranty, we must receive the product back for testing prior to dispatching a free of charge replacement, you must cover the cost of the returns postage. Once the product has been tested, if found to be faulty, we will issue a full refund for your returns postage. You must provide us with your receipt for the returns postage in order to receive a refund for this. If you require an advanced replacement under warranty, you must pay for the replacement upfront and return the faulty item to us, you must cover the cost of the returns delivery. Once the item has been tested, if found to be faulty, we will issue a refund for the advanced replacement and also your returns postage. You must provide us with your receipt for the returns postage in order to receive a refund for this.

Unwanted Items: If you have shopped with us and wish to return the items you purchased, you must return them to us within 30 days. We can only issue a full refund if the goods returned are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If wanting to return an unused item for a refund after the stated 30 day period, we will charge a 20% restocking fee, we will also deduct any original delivery fee’s.
